Price Match Promise?
At Awesome we offer a Price Match Promise - if another UK VAT registered company offers the same parts but cheaper; then we promise to try and match their advertised price. We work hard on being competitive across the board!

Do we ship abroad ?
Yes we do, to anywhere in the world though remember the postage is often high when shipping anything bulky. Most bulky items we export will go by Fedex so you can track the package online and could reach america within 48 hours providing its in stock !

However there are a few countries we do not ship to, some of these include: Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Romania, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Russia, Nigeria, Macedonia, Singapore, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Lebanon and Lithuania.

Why is postage on bulky items to some countries expensive compared to some other companies ?
For both yours and our safety we use well known couriers such as Fedex for shipping, then we know exactly where it is in the world at any time and we know its going to arrive safely. Shipping small items can be cheap, but items such as bodykits are expensive to ship - we have a very small margin on the postage fees merely to cover packaging. We can now ship using standard post on some items, however using all methods you may incur import charges when you receive the goods for which we cant be responsible for.

Why don't you display your prices in dollars ?
We are based in England and due to the fluctuating exchange rate we would be forever altering the prices on the site. Try using this Currency Converter to convert the price online for you.

Terms & Conditions

Prices:
All prices shown do not include VAT or carriage. All prices shown are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change without prior notice.

VAT:
Charged at the current rate of 17.5% to customers within the European Community.

Payment:
We accept Visa & Mastercard credit cards. We also Switch debit cards. We will require the full card number, expiry date, issue number and cardholders full statement address details. For sales in excess of £100, we can only deliver to the credit card address.

Please make cheques payable to 'Awesome GTI Store' with your name, address and cheque card number on the reverse. For business cheques we require the company address and contact phone number on the reverse. All cheques will take 10 days to clear prior to despatch.

We also accept bank transfers - please contact us for our bank account details.

Overseas Customers:
We are able to export most of our product range. If you are situated outside the European Community (Far East, Africa, Asia, North/South America & Australasia), UK VAT is not payable. Customers within the EC are charged VAT unless you have a VAT registered business and are able to give us a valid VAT number (proof of business will be required i.e letterhead).
We are able to accept credit cards from within Europe, Australia and the Americas only.

Returns Procedure:
Before returning any goods please read all our terms and conditions.

Awesome must be informed in writing of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day of delivery.

All items returned must be accompanied by either the relevant invoice or appropriate proof of purchase (ie credit card slip)

Also prior to return you must first receive a Returns Notice Number. This should be obtained from our staff and used with all correspondence regarding the return.

Strictly NO Returns Notice Number - No Refund

Further T&C:
Parts ordered to customer's specification cannot be returned unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as orginally described

All orders returned with 7 working days (commencing the day after receipt of the goods, see returns procedure) will be credited in full.

Orders that have been correctly supplied and are cancelled after this period will be subject to a 25% minimum handling charge.

Any shortfall or damages to goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods.

All parts being returned must be in resaleable condition. Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted, had sealant/grease applied or the packaging damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse exchange units, which are considered to be in an unserviceable condition.

Surcharges must be paid upon purchase of the unit and will be reimbursed only if and when the unit is accepted by the surcharge department.

We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances.

All goods remain the property of Awesome until paid for and payment received in full.

All products intended to be painted must be trial fitted to vehicle prior to painting. Any item painted will not be accepted for refund in any circumstance.

Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance 28 days after delivery.
