Fitting an K&N induction kit will mean extra power, extra torque and improved throttle response. These kits are quality engineered and designed to last the life of your car.
Unlike other factory intake filters that restrict incoming airflow, the K&N induction kits drastically reduces intake restriction while smoothing and straightening airflow. This allows your engine to inhale larger quantities of air, enhancing usable power and torque throughout the engine's RPM range. If your engine is turbocharged or supercharged, the power gains can be phenomenal. |
K&N 57S Performance Airboxes
57s Performance Airboxes are injection molded from the same materials used in OE air boxes. Once installed, you will have a performance kit with an OE look that looks as good as it performs. A 57s kit comes factory preassembled and has a removable lid to make servicing the washable air filter simple. Inside the 57s is the largest conical shaped High-Flow air filter we could fit into the kit while still using factory holes and mounting points. This extra filter size provides even more airflow at lower restriction than a standard K&N OE replacement filter that is limited to the size of the factory air box. The oversize air filter also captures and holds more dirt increasing the service life before a cleaning is required to 100,000 miles under normal on-highway driving conditions. The air box assembly is connected to the engine with adapters made from high strength materials such as silicon and reinforced nylon that ensures long life. Put all this together and you have the best TUV compliant high-flow intake system available. |
